At BETAFPV, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance FPV gear. If your item is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit a Support Ticket

  Log into your account and submit a request through our support portal, including your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

• 2.
  Technical Evaluation

  Our engineering team will review your footage to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect or user-inflicted damage from flight crashes.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Once approved, securely package your electronics in their original packaging and ship them to our designated regional warehouse using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement unit.
